Uhm, you know when I was 12 years old; my dream was to be a police officer. 

As I grew up, my ideal job has changed. 

Now when I am an employee for a company, I just want to be the director of my own business, probably a famous travel agency in Hanoi. 

You know, my current job is quite stressful with deadlines every day. 

I have to work longer to increase my salary. 

Therefore, my ideal job is the one that allows me to sit in my own office and make my own rules. 

I will run more advertising campaigns about Vietnam tourism to the world. 

My workplace will be really environmentally friendly with a beautiful city view. 

I want my staff to work in a professional and dynamic environment which brings them comfort and increases their creative abilities. 

There should be mutual understanding between each member. 

My employees will be very satisfied with their salary and benefits. 

I will offer high pay for those who work effectively. 

I'll also give more vacations to workers. Additionally, I'll provide them good medical service. 

You know, I'm currently developing my own travel website, so if it's successful I will leave my current job and work on it full time to make my dream come true.
